Buenos Aires, February 16 (NA) — The third round of talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine, aimed at finding a peaceful resolution to the conflict in the latter country, began behind closed doors in Geneva this Tuesday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the parties will address "a broader range of issues, including those concerning the territories and everything else."
